The physical installation phase takes between two and four days depending on the scope of pipework and radiator upgrades required. Siting the outdoor Midea monobloc on a level, vibration-dampened pad or wall bracket at least 100 mm off the ground with appropriate condensate drainage. Running insulated flow and return pipework from the outdoor unit into the plant room/airing cupboard.

Installing the new, unvented hot water cylinder designed for heat pump input. Wiring dedicated electrical feeds from the consumer unit to the outdoor Midea unit, internal controller, and backup immersion heater. Replacing or adding designated radiators or connecting underfloor heating manifolds.
